Hnarsh Hosspotch (halfling male): A boatman and presumably a fisherfolk out of Hobfast. Has a lurching forehead, bald pate, ratty brown strands of hair, a webbed ear, broken and swollen nose, and a distinct unibrow. Hnarsh has a rowboat named Ol' Hemteats, to which he has attached a pair of bloated sacks with nipples painted upon them. Lt. Hoary pays Hnarsh to ferry Doorjamb across the Udders Well.
